Came in because the Jeep was overheating. Turned out to be a bad thermostat. Took a little longer than intended but they worked with me so it wasn't an issue. Everyone was extremely nice and they did exceptional work. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants their vehicle serviced properly without question.

They replaced a TPMS sensor. I made an appointment and they were expedient in the repair at a fair price. As I was waiting on the repair, the technician came and explained some other repairs to various customers in very good detail. They were never recommending other non related repairs the way a lot of shops do. This impressed me. The honesty was there.

Your diagnostic evaluation saved me so much in repair costs. I expected a blower replacement for AC (in GA in the summertime !) $600 + It was a simple relay switch :) You never recommend unnecessary repairs. I was delighted, felt like I was in a new car. Since moving to Watkinsville two years ago and finding there is no Lexus Dealers any where near. We have tried with many Automotive shops to have both our Lexus cars serviced. Always very courteous and professional, I had an issue with my 2016 F150 with several different problems relating to the same code they changed out the part. The truck runs great I’ve been using Watkinsville service center for about a year now started taking my granddaughter‘s car over also my wife’s car . always very courteous and professional.
