After the Letter of Intent is signed, we’ll draft the Asset Purchase Agreement, which spells out the details regarding our purchase of your shop.

Employee Announcement
Prior to closing, we’ll partner with you to announce the transition to your team. We bring a team of seasoned automotive professionals and management to help answer any questions.

Closing
We make closing simple. After all the relevant documents are signed, the agreed-upon amount will be wired to you.
