Called for an appointment for an oil change on my Lincoln. I had to change the appt 3 times for personal reasons and Aaron was so kind, polite and accommodating. I got there early. They took my car in immediately and began doing the inspections. Did my oil change. I added them to check my cabin filter inside my glove compartment. They did so said it was fine. Front alignment was fine. Gave me information regarding the life of my battery and said with this particular battery it’s supposed to be three 800 A cranking and it was only functioning at 200 A. I asked what did that mean and he said you could be anywhere in your car and it may not start so you really need a new battery and especially with cold weather coming. Evidently, these type of batteries are bit pricey and cold-weather is coming next week so I will be purchasing a new battery next week. The really good thing is they took care of business. I walked out with a smile that my oil was changed and they did it in like 20 minutes. Great group. Call them you’ll be glad you did. I especially loved that I have gotten the card in the mail for $25 discount off of the price of the oil change! That was a nice addition to my experience. Highly recommend them right here in McDonough GA.

How do I start in recommending these guys for the superb service they rendered to my vehicle. My car was taken to Southeast after a very unsuccessful repair job by another shop. Aaron the shop manager notified me mediately when my vehicle arrived. He also assured me he would take care of me. Took my 2008 Hyundai Sonota to Southeastern Automotive strictly based on google reviews due to what appeared to be an oil leak (after noticing slight oil stains on the garage floor). I must admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in, seeing that I’m not only a “woman of color” but, also a senior, walking into a predominantly white male establishment ( not trying to make this about color but this is America and unfortunately these issues do exist) however, once my car was put on the lift & they were able to trouble shoot the problem my fears were greatly allayed. It turned out to be an oil pan/ gasket leak. I was shown photos of the problem along with a printed estimate of the cost. I didn’t have my vehicle serviced that day partly because I had errands to run & needed my car & I also wanted to do my due diligence in researching the typical cost to be sure the price quoted aligned with the estimates on google. The estimate I was given actually came in under what I researched. Long story short, brought my vehicle in the following morning and in about 3 hours I was on the road again. I would like to also mention, the guys at the shop discovered an ongoing issue that I’ve had for years with the oil dipstick being unbolted. They were able to secure it in place using a little “ingenuity” at no additional cost. The manager ( Aaron?) also followed up with me the following day to be sure everything was running properly). Overall, I feel I was treated fairly & courteously and will consider this my new auto shop home. Great job guys!!!
