Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Other shops (Honda on Parkside Drive) quoted $3,600 for parts and labor that were not necessary. Smoky Mountain Automotive fixed the issue for a fraction of that cost. Smoky Mountain Automotive will only do what is necessary. They will now gouge you like dealerships will.

i’ve come to them multiple times now and they’re always very helpful and friendly! most recently, i had to have my car towed to SMA after a botched battery installation by auto zone left it immobilized. they got me in immediately after they opened monday morning and had my car back to me just in time to get to class! they also didn’t even charge me since it wasn’t my fault. i highly recommend smoky mountain automotive!!

Fantastic service !!! I needed a new battery. Even tho' they were covered up, they got right on it. Battery was delivered 10 minutes later and installed within 15 minutes. It don't get any better than that. I appreciate the fast service.
