Called in last minute on NYE, needing help with removing a socket that another shop got stuck on the lugs nuts of one of my wheels. Spoke to the brilliant Ms Tiffany who was very kind and willing to assist. I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job.

From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. Knowledgeable mechanics, Fair price and amazing hard working crew with the hospitality that really makes me love living in the South. If have car problems that can’t solve this is where I will bring my business while I’m stationed here in GA.

I was in a rush to get my car fixed before leaving for the holidays and they fixed my car within in a day and 3k less than the dealership quoted me for. Paula Peach was extremely helpful an tentative on getting my car fixed. I genuinely and highly recommend JP automotive to anyone who is new to the area and looking for a reliable car shop.

Shawn is the only person we will take our vehicles to! He is extremely knowledgeable with all different makes/models and is available to explain repairs. We recently brought him a used car we were considering purchasing and he found an oil leak that could have cost us thousands. If you need an honest, dependable mechanic, ask for Shawn!

I got a 07 gmc 1500 that needed some front end work. JP auto did a great job. They have great customer service and the labor cost was good as well.

This was my first visit the technicians were great and very informative and helpful. Erica/Tiffany and Ms Peach was polite thorough, helpful and patient with all my questions explained things and took all the necessary steps to ensure me that this was a good company to entrust with all my car needs. Tiffany is a true example of honesty and integrity she did exactly what she said she would do, I will be recommending others to this location and I owe it all to Erica/Tiffany. Thank you Tiffany and my technician was on point and attentative with a good eye and ear I'm pleased once again Tiffany did not go with the recommendation

They always communicate with you with anything with your car and over all great service

Had them change a stand alone pilot bearing that I provided. So far so good, my clutch is smoother than it's been in a long time. And I think they adjusted my battery terminals because it's starting better than it had been. Work was done in about a business day and for a reasonable price.
