It's all about costumer service... Front desk lady \ service manager Danna, is super nice and accommodating it just gives the whole experience a good start. Prices are fair and they don't try to squeeze you for every little bit they can.

Hey y'all,listen I recently visited Hoffman tire of Fayetteville for engine repairs on my 2008 Toyota Sequoia, They promptly gave me a written estimate from their diagnosis and began repairs the same day. The estimate held and I recieved my vehicle back within 24 hrs. I have to say that it now drives and sounds as new as the day I purchased it off the show room floor over 15 years ago!

Leaving my Doctor's office I noticed my tire was very low, started googling nearest auto or tire place fix it. Hoffman Tire was across from my doctor's office. I ask tech check pressure on my tire was nail embedded inside. I talk to lovely lady cannot remember her name, very helpful and professional told me we can repair tire was wait time 45 Minutes because other ppl getting there oil changed I said no problem. Fixing tire and putting air all four cost under thirty dollars. Place and environment very friendly, helpful and professional.

Got an alignment here after replacing my suspension. Great customer service, honest and upfront. Texts you the diagnostic and repair info to your phone as well so you can view it anytime.
