AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I showed up not long before closing with exhaust issues. They ordered parts but couldn’t fix my car completely before closing. THEY DIDNT KNOW ME, but fix my car temporarily FOR FREE to get me and my daughter home over 1 hour away!!! I gladly returned the next day to get repaired!! No waiting- they took me when I walked in!! They didn’t know if I would return but still DIAGNOSED AND TEMPORARILY FIXED MY ISSUE TO HAVE SAFE TRAVEL HOME FOR FREE!!! HUMANITY AT ITS FINEST FINEST! Welcoming, friendly, genuinely concerned and caring, best of all great prices and different financing options offered!

Went to Fryer's Tire and Auto for a front wheel alignment on my late model truck. It turn out that it doesn't have adjustments for my vehicle. The could have charged me for the alignment and send me on my way like a previous automotive shop had did years ago. They are honest and kept me informed about my vehicle, and all had to pay was a small service fee for reinstalling the components. I recommend Fryer's Tire for your service needs. It is hard to find honest mechanics shop in this day and age.

I have used Fryer's Tire and Automotive for two decades. They have always provided great service and lately they seem to be even better than when I first went there. It shows when you see some of the same staff year after year that they are not only providing service, but they are a good employers. It also means they develop a personal relationship with their customers. They get to know your vehicles. If they ever provide less than stellar service which is extremely rare, they go overboard to put things right to your satisfaction.

I can't think of a better place to take care of my vehicle than Friars Tire! Not only do they have great service and always do a great job but, they are super friendly and go out of their way to help you any way they can. I truly depend on the experience and knowledge of Mr Charlie who's been there for years, and Carrie is always there to fit you in and help you anyway she can. I truly enjoyed my experience at Fryer's Tire & automotive. I did not have an appointment this particular day however, I was in urgent need of help with my car and they were able to assist me which was great because it was such short notice and it wasn't for a typical oil change. While there, they acknowledged all of my concerns and returned the car back to me in great condition. I will definitely be coming back! They are very kind, helpful and the prices were not bad compared to other places and dealerships. Thank you!
