The Doc Fleet staff is one in a million! I have never experienced more professional hands on experience than I did with Zac and everyone I encountered on my visit. Zac made sure I knew exactly the steps that was going to be taken to investigate the issues I was having with my SUV. The mechanic was very thorough and spoke with me in detail and provided evidence of the issue I was having. The staff provided paperwork that paraphrased my complaint and findings and a plan of care to fix my problem. Doc Fleet is the BEST in the business!

The folks there took awesome care of my issue. I just showed up at their shop, told them my truck had a vibration at interstate speed. They took my truck straight into the shop. I went to a local restaurant ate my lunch, and when I got back they had my truck fixed. They balanced all four tires and now the vibration is gone! Thanks guys!!

Out of all the auto care shops in Richmond, I highly recommend them. On Sunday Aug 31, while travelling from Michigan to TN my Rav4 alternator died. AAA towed my car to Fleet-Doc Richmond. At 745 the n3xt morning i called and spoke with Zach. I explained that i was in a local hotel with a large dog. Zach made it a priority to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. By 1230 PM my car had been repaired and i was on my way to TN. The price to replace the alternator was about the same as my local mechanic would have charged. I feel i received great service at a very fair price.
