I have been going to Ed’s Tire for many many years and have always received exceptional service. Bobby Matthews is an amazing manager. He wasn’t there the day I went but the manager on duty was gave great customer service.

Had been to Ed’s once prior for an alternator replacement which was great.
2 days ago I took my wife’s van in for them to look at. There was a rubbing noise and also a loud noise when applying the brakes. I had previously had work on the front end and two new front tires at another service center the prior month.
Upon inspection Ed’s techs found that the brakes had broken pins which caused damage to rotors pads etc. Also the front and had never been aligned at the other service center although I was charged. They were so far out that they were going to damage 30 day old tires or they could even come off. Although was explained by Bobby who never put down the other shop for their negligence he told us what needed to be done to take care of the issues and make the van safe.
We were given pictures of the issues with a concise description and estimate.
The work was done in a timely and efficient manner and the price was reasonable. They forgot to change the oil that we had discussed upon drop off but took care of it immediately and did not charge us for the work. Unheard of but a great testament to there earnestness and dedication.
We will take all our vehicles here moving forward knowing that we will receive an honest quality job at a fair price. Thanks to Bobby and his team.

I have been taking my vehicles to Ed’s for over 20 years. They have always been honest, reasonable and fixed the issue. If you’re looking for not just a mechanic but people who genuinely care about their customers, I recommend them!

I needed to get my car inspected and looked up places that were near me that offered that service. I found Ed's and checked out their website and made an appointment that same day. When I showed up I met Butch who was super nice and accommodating! Once I handed him my keys they took care of my car and everything was done within 30 minutes. It was the quickest inspection I've ever had! They also sent me pictures of things on my car that may need to get looked at some point but Butch didn't try to pressure me into get any other services done. He just simply explained what they saw and even gave me options on where to buy the parts/products if I wanted to take care of it myself. I really appreciated Butch! He was so sweet and helpful! I'll definitely come back here again if I need something else done with my car!

The third times the charm. Ed’s auto was the third place I visited and the best choice I could’ve made. Butch and Bobby did an amazing job with assisting me and made everything so easy. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and I finally did. These guys are the real deal. The price they gave me was almost half the price of a competitor. Where the competitor just put a price that was over $1300 Ed’s cost was over $700 and they included a breakdown of the cost with price of material and labor etc. If you need automotive repair and want honesty and affordability check out Ed’s Auto on Yadkin road .

I always have a good time here because I don't have to worry bout anything with my vehicle cuz I know it will be always be taken care of and it's good customer service and quality work done here.

The staff is very informative and will work with you to best serve you. They allow you to bring your own parts to reduce the overall price if you can find a better deal on parts. The mechanics are fast and very well educated in what they do. And they Don’t charge you to find why your check engine light is on!

Every since the 80's Ed's Tire has always been legit.

Your staff were terrific, respectful, and dud not give up. Please do read my previous endorsement. One thing that I really appreciated was that I needed a $15 device for the luggage nuts as I bought the car used with after factory rims (unknown to me).
I had some other work done on the car at Toyota as well as at Sam's where I bought a new tire. I didn't know about non-factory rims but your staff helped me to get the right device and I was SO happy to have my car functional. The two gentlemen who helped me (the front desk staff and an African American employee in the bay (sorry I cannot recall their names) were respectful and perfect. I will always recommend Ed's!

Butch and Travis were excellent! My Prius V had off market rims and after a tire blow-out, it was towed to Sam's club where I bought a new tire, but it could not be mounted due to the rims and lug nut tool and lug nuts. Sam's referred me to Ed's once they realized that there was no lug not tool or lug nuts. Ed and Travis thought about it carefully, while I was ringing my hands and they came to the conclusion that going to R and R would be the best bet. Hallelujah!! Success and even close to closing time, these very respectful and kind gentlemen helped 2 senior citizens with age total of 150 years!!!
They need raises!!

Mr. Bobby , and the entire team at Ed’s tire are always polite, respectful, and professional. I’ve had my alternator replaced and because it was still under the two year warranty I was only charged the labor which was also budget friendly. I just recently had my oil change maintenance done, I was concerned with a potential problem and with out hesitation Mr. Bobby and the team checked it out and assured me that my (2013)Chrysler 200 was ok.
