Ed’s Automotive on Hope Mills

I came in the morning we were expecting a “winter storm”. Both of my front wheel bearings were bad and needed replacement. They got my car running smooth again before the snow! Thanks guys!

The entire process was smooth and painless, from scheduling an appointment to picking up my vehicle. I really was not expecting to have my vehicle repaired the same day. The price was reasonable for the repair required. Brandy at the desk was very organized, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Ed’s to my family and friends.

I went to get one tire serviced (remove, install, balance) it is good but I went to get one tire done, I paided about 40 bucks not worth going just for one tire I just had no time the next day and I had to be somewhere in the morning other then that they definitely do their job very well

Having trust issues with unloyal shops, I'm blessed to have eds tires to take my truck too. they have been servicing my truck for 150k miles and I never have iss7es and get speedy repairs/services done with friendly atmosphere.

I was treated like ROYALTY! The young lady behind the desk was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I never felt as though I was "just another customer whom they could bleed dry with non-existent issues". I got my oil changed and my car inspected, even though they were short staffed. They have EARNED a customer for life!

I’ve been to a few different shops down here for repairs on my vehicle and they aren’t like Ed’s Tire. Brook walked me through everything I need done with my car and showed me. No pressure to do it. Jodi was my mechanic and she’s so awesome. Made me feel very comfortable. Will be coming back again.

After arriving 1st customer in the morning I was offered coffee. And 15 minutes later they were pulling my mom car in. Customer service gets 5 stars also. They kept me up to date on what was wrong send me pictures and gave me an estimate on other services that needed to be done. I will be making them my 2 go place to get the job done. Recently visited this shop for an oil change. I had gotten a $20 discount coupon in the mail. I was greeted very pleasantly and I wss in and out within an hour.

It was a busy day (week of Thanksgiving) and the lady at the desk said it would be little wait. They got done with my car before the time estimated. Friendly staff.

This has literally been my favorite auto shop for the past 5 years. Their customer service is fantastic. Brandi is sweet and explains whatever you need explained.

They are efficient and thorough and their inspection and estimate system is clear and breaks down everything with videos, pictures, and informational videos.

Very professional and courteous

I recently had to purchase new tires and decided to give Ed's Automotive on Hope Mills Rd a try. When I say they have the best prices and the absolute best customer I've come across, I mean it. There is a woman by the name of Brandi that works there. She was attentive, courteous, and found me the tires I wanted. She had them delivered promptly because of an upcoming trip I had. They look great and my truck rides so smooth. Thanks to the service team at Ed's for the amazing service I received! I will be back!!!!
