My Name is Joana, I' am happy that I brought my car here, I' didn't know that my tire shreed was low on my car, I' actually came for a Oil change, but they inspected my car as well. They advised me to have it check out, so I' did I' have purchase these tires last year from Discount Tire on Raeford Rd. All the people I encountered were very nice and friendly and concerned about me being stranded. The young man there was concerned that if I didn’t get my tire fixed in the right way he was concerned it would blow out and cause a wreck. Their hospitality was awesome and wholesome! They were out of sodas to buy and the young lady shared her lemonade with me! It was a great experience. I find that all Ed’s tire places are nice. The one on Yadkin Rd is near my home. 🕊️🥰😉👏🙏🏽

I didn’t have an appointment. I just stopped in. They determined I had a screw in my tire. They were able to order 4 new tires in the morning and do the work in the afternoon. Great customer service and amazing service and price for 4 new tires and alignment.

Although the shop couldn't perform NC State inspections at the time. A representative named Dean explained to me that my truck was now 20yrs old and NC only requires me to have a Safety Inspection completed and they took care of me. Thanks for the information and the Safety Inspection. I'm set for another year

One of the best experiences I have had, very professional let me know what was going on every step of the way. Had clutch work done from another shop Ed's came in got me situated love having my car back driving like new. This is my go to shop will be returning for any maintenance and services.

Had a nail in my tire went to ED'S to have it patched and unfortunately the nail was in the sidewall and could not be patched. So they had to order me a new tire at a reasonable price. It came in the next day. They called me the next day and said my car was ready. Good fast service and good price!!!

Everyone was very friendly & helpfull (on the phone and in the office). I came in for an oil change. Even though they were very busy and there were several costumers before me, it only took an hour, from giving up my car keys to sitting back in my car & driving away. My car needs on all- round service soon. I'll definitely go back to Ed's.
