I feel they are very dishonest . My significant other used to go here for oil changes. We decided to use them for a simple tune up. In their quote they quoted 200 dollars for a set of budget/economy spark plugs . 33 dollars a plug for some Champion plugs on a V6. NGK are 33ba piece. If that's what they were using I would have been glad to pay but the invoice quoted champion plugs.The plugs they used are 5.99 a piece. They claim that was online internet price. I could go to any parts store locally and get those plugs all day.. And 50$ for shop supplies. Their labor rate was very inflated l. 670 parts and labor plus shop supplies. We initially declined services and found another shop that would do it for about 200+ dollars less. 500 parts and labor.l but couldn't get it done that day. They called back after we declined and offered to drop the price to $20 a plug. We caved cause we took the time off to get it handled and they already had the vehicle. Would not use them again. Their actions seem very predatory to people that don't know any better. I do have receipts... If I had to prove my claims for this rating...

I went in for some noise I was hearing and a jolt I felt when backing up. Marshal got behind the wheel and asked him to accompany him on the drive so that he gets the exact issue and make sure he gets the full picture! He was very courteous and patient and took the time to put the vehicle through its paces to diagnose the issue properly.

Next, he put up to inspect everything that may be going on. He provided a quote with all the details and went over every line item with me so I understood exactly what everything was.

I was very pleased with the service of the diagnostic. The prices quoted were fair.

Great price, fast, and courteous staff. I only do my oil changed here because they have 10k mile oil changes that’s going to last a lot longer. They have 5000 mile oil changes in other places and it doesn’t last long so you can be charged double because you’ll come back faster. This is by far the best deal and quality work.

I didn’t get a chance to leave a review before but I do want to say that I appreciate all the respect and work that has been done to my car. Marshal has really been there to help out anytime I called. He never hesitate or put me on a week long waiting list and I appreciated that. I have to say that the whole team was welcoming, respectful and sensitive to my needs. I will be returning for future work and I would recommend them to others who need car repairs.
