A wonderful experience super helpful and talked to me like a normal person instead of just another customer. Brought my car in for minor work and it was done super fast! Great crew and great service!

Last minute need for an oil change while my daughter was home from college. The guys at Dr Beemer got us right in with no wait. Excellent service and reasonable prices. We’ll use them for all our future service!

I had a difficult problem to identify. They were able to do so and repair when another shop was not. Jake at the service desk kept me appraised throughout the repairs. I highly recommend Dr Beemer.

I have been taking my 2014 BMW to Dr. Beemer for 6 years now. We decided to buy another used BMW (2019) and the first place I took it to was Dr. Beemer. They discovered it needed a new battery and confirmed for me the state of the brakes. They have always been great to us and prices have always been reasonable. They even worked on our other Non BMW car!

I want to give a shout out to Al. We were getting ready to drive to Dallas ( 200 miles) and the dash board was giving us concerning signals. Al was very helpful in resolving the issues so we could feel safe continuing our drive. Al was very professional and friendly!!

We have been servicing our BMWs at this location for years. Jake is so amazing. He always accommodates to us a few months back. My oldest son broke his nose and we had to get his car in and he ended up having emergency surgery on his nose. Jake was awesome. He called and checked in on him and He even went as far as delivering our son’s car to us to be helpful. It was awesome.. thanks so much for everything!

I won’t take any of my vehicles to another repair and maintenence location in Austin. Dr. Beemers crew top notch!!! With reasonable repair charges. Don’t go cheap you always go more $ in the long run. That’s been a lesson learned!

Al and the crew take great care of their customers. What would have cost me 4,000.00 bucks at the BMW Dealership cost me 1/3 of the price. It’s not always about price they have the expertise to fix any problem with your vehicle. I’ll be taking my Lexus there in the future. I completely trust them and that’s huge in today’s world!

Another great experience at Dr Beemer! We brought our SUV in without an appointment when it suddenly started running very rough. We had a diagnosis and estimate with pictures of the issue the next day. The repair was completed quickly as usual. The only time there had been a delay was when a part had been back ordered. Always friendly and very communicative. They will continue to be our go to for auto service.

My experience at Dr. Beemer was top notch h. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them several times for service on my bmw x5. After my visit a few days ago, as I was getting into my car, the manager stoped me and said he had noticed that my battery in my key was low. He changed it out for me ina couple of minutes and sent me in my way. Such a nice touch!

I do not have a BMW, but I was calling this shop when I was visiting the area from New York, as my husband and I managed to lock the car key inside our rental Grand Cherokee, while the car was running. We did not know who to turn to, and we found this shop on Google Maps. We got the most helpful, kindest response we have ever experienced from an autoshop. Al drove to us within minutes and solved the problem immediatelly. He refused to take any compensation, and we are just so very touched by this. I do not write reviews, but I wanted people in the area to know what an amazing, genuinely kind person they have to service their cars. Thank you Al, we will never forget what you did for us.
