I called for an oil change because I had a family emergency out of state. They snuck me in and got me out quickly so I could leave that day.
I just went again to Coastal. Needed an oil change and a tire rotation. They did what was needed in a timely manner. They had recommendations for NY car but no pressure for an update. Everything was explained in a way I understood. They will continue to be my "go to" thanks again

Great experience getting a new tire for my RV. I had a blowout earlier in the week. Coastal had a replacement tire placed on the rim overnight. They also took some extra time ensuring that the rim was still in good shape (it was).

Honest and reliable mechanics are worth their weight in gold, I had my car inspected at tire plus down the road and the list of things they deemed wrong with my car was longer then a CVS receipt. I assumed they were trying to give me the runaround and I figured it would be more smart to take it to an actual shop. I’m glad I did because not only did they offer to inspect the car for free but they agreed that half of the original list was BS and only recommended work that they actually thought that the car needed.
I saved about 2 grand and in return they got a customer for life. Thanks again guys!
