Right place at the right time! I was visiting family in McDonough, GA over the Thanksgiving holiday when I discovered a screw nail in my Range Rover! I panicked because I was not familiar with the area, I called my daughter who came to my rescue immediately. We drove to Carver's Tire Center nearby and was met with the most customer service oriented person to date. Service Manager Roger was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, he explained my opinions, because of the location of the nail, it was not repairable, so we put on the spare. I'm a stickler when it comes to the services of my Rover but Roger made the whole ordeal a pleasant outcome. While waiting, my daughter and I met several others customers waiting for service, we shared in pleasant conservations like football 🏈, we were all strangers from different states; Minnesota, St. Louis, Denver, Cordele, GA. Eli was my service person and he did a fantastic job! Roger that!
