Excellent service I highly recommend it

I called in to explain the problem I was having with my car, and they told me to come by so they could take a look. Once I arrived, they helped run diagnostics right away and were patient throughout the process. Rodney was especially kind and took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which I appreciated since I don’t know much about cars. They even offered guidance on possible financial assistance options to help make the repair more manageable. The staff was respectful, honest, and very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for anyone who feels unsure or inexperienced with car repair situations.

Great service

I had my car inspected. It passed. But they added all these other things to the list that I could get worked on and how much they cost. I didn’t expect that! I had gone to a place in prior years where i was in and out in less 15 minutes. The inspection at A&J Automotive took about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The team at A&J were great. Friendly staff, thorough technicians and they followed up immediately on a parts issue that was not their fault. My job was almost $5,000 but worth every penny!

A&J automotive is an awesome repair shop. This was my third time there with a different vehicle each time. Diagnostic is quick and easy to understand. I have never been pressured into getting work done that wasn't necessary. They're fast, reliable and affordable. Will definitely do business with them again

These guys know what they are doing and can be trusted. They work hard to find the problem and fix it. Have gotten bad news about my car from them several times but still take it to them as I trust their work.

Edit to add: This shop has changed hands a few times recently, but the core group of mechanics and management has not changed. Still as reliable as ever!

The Service is Amazing. It's a very friendly atmosphere. Iona explains everything in layman's terms about what they are doing. Rodney is wonderful and so helpful by explaining what is needed. I am so Happy about having a place that I can take my car in the future. I would highly recommend.

Recently left my car for quick check up right before a long trip, and asked them to check fluids, belts, A/C & whatever for trip. They took care of everything quickly, and even caught couple of things I’d overlooked that really needed maintenance. So grateful for their careful attention to important details, even though I really try to keep track of things myself. And prices are reasonable. Plus, since I live in Cary and would prefer not to have to make multiple trips to North Raleigh, they let me borrow a really nice loaner, a wonderful little EV that handled and drove like a Tesla. So A&J is definitely my go to place for all my vehicles’ maint/repair, even if a loaner isn’t available. Highly recommend A&J.

We have taken our vehicles to A&J for at least 8 years. I feel they have the same interest in keeping them in tip-top shape that I do. They keep me informed, do quality work in a timely fashion, and I've never felt overcharged or pushed to have work done that isn't needed. That's why I still go to them even though we moved to the other side of town 6 years ago and pass dozens of their competitors to get there. Thanks, A&J, for providing the comfort factor.
