I brought my 2016 Audi A6 in for an 60k tuneup and I couldn't be happier with the service. Lane was very personable annd professional explaining exactly what was going to be done and needed immediate attention such as the timing belts. They provided a fair estimate upfront, and there were no surprise charges when I picked up my car. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a last minute car emergency that required a part that seemed to be a quick fix but other shops gave me appointments days away. A&J fit me in the same day and quickly had the part ordered and fixed and I was out the door. One of managers/owners jumped into help me! Thank you A&J! I highly recommend them.

I have been using A&J Automotive for over 15 years and the team are true Auto Professionals. From my 25 year old Lexus LX470 to my wife’s MB ML350, they do quality workmanship, on time and at a fair price. Always confident recommending them to family and friends!!!!

Overall, it was a great experience with A & J Automotive. The only issue I had was the amount of time it tokk to completet the repair. Dropped the car off on Friday for an 8 AM Appointment, but the diagnostics were not even run until the following Monday. Repair/replacement of the thermostat was completed in the afternoon on Tuesday. Price was in the range expected for this repair, and the technician took the time to show me the failed parts and explained why the part failed. I understand the reason for the delayed repair was because of a staff shortage, where they could not keep up with the amount of business. Staff were friendly and kept me informed throuout the process. A courtesy loaner was provided to me while my vehicle was being repaired. Thanks A& J Automotive. Well done!

Great service

I had my car inspected. It passed. But they added all these other things to the list that I could get worked on and how much they cost. I didn’t expect that! I had gone to a place in prior years where i was in and out in less 15 minutes. The inspection at A&J Automotive took about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The team at A&J were great. Friendly staff, thorough technicians and they followed up immediately on a parts issue that was not their fault. My job was almost $5,000 but worth every penny!
