My Grandsons 2001 Truck engine stalled on him and wouldn’t start back so I called Westlake and they immediately said sure drop it off here and we will check it out. The next day I received a call and email with their findings that the air conditioner compressor had seized and would require replacing as well as some associated parts. When I ask how long it would take the answer was if the parts are available today. To Our surprise He was on the road again that evening all fixed up. Called to get a serpentine belt replaced and was told to bring it right on up and they would work it in. Trailered it up there and dropped it off. Got a call the next morning telling me they checked the tensioner pulley and found it was bad. I told them to replace both tensioner pullies and idler pullies and belts. Mike called me back a couple of hours later to tell me the car was ready for pickup. I was expecting to be without the car for several days but had it back the next day. Great bunch of folks there with old school service! Can't say enough good things about them!
