1926
Tire Exchange of the Carolinas was originally founded by Senator Verne Smith in Greer, SC in 1926 to serve the community by building a business based on trust and respect for all customers.
In 1960 Senator Verne Smith decided to expand and open other locations in Greenville, Simpsonville, and Mauldin, SC. Today we are the last standing location of the Tire Exchange of the Carolinas and we plan to continue doing business using the same principles Senator Verne Smith instilled in this company.
