I was leaving town for a business meeting in Florida. When I went to start the vehicle, the battery was dead! Being on a strict schedule, I called the personnel at Shooks and explained my predicament. They responded right away, brought a technician to my residence with jumpers cables. The started the car to the shop, immediately installed a new battery, and I was on my way and on schedule!!!

I brought my car in for an alignment, the job was done perfectly. I'm a retired auto mechanic and shop owner and I was positively impressed with Shook tires and auto also the staff were great. The price was also very reasonable but that was not my concern. My concern was a proper alignment and that's what I got.

Both of my front wheel bearings needed replacement. The mechanic, Bobby did a great job and the price was fair. The office staff were friendly and very helpful.

I was headed to Blairsville one day when the water pump in my truck went out 3 miles from Shook. They took me in, drove me to enterprise, and repaired my truck in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Being new to the area I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

I had a right front tire that developed a slow leak, potentially leaving me stranded or in need of a tire replacement. I stopped at Shook Tire and they were able to patch repair the tire and have me on my way in about 30 minutes. The service was very good and no problems since with the tire

While driving into town, I developed a flat I was able to drive to Shooks tire service on Murphy Highway, Jennifer took me in right away before they opened the doors I gave her the keys. I went to have breakfast when I came back they told me that the tire was ruined and that put the spare on for me so I could drive it and ordered me a new tire and Monday morning called me up and told me to come down and have a new tire put On. I have never had such professional fast fantastic service at a tire store in my whole entire life. . I’d recommend I Shooks tire service to anybody needing tires or vehicle maintenance

blew a tire on the way through town on the way back to ohio. they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. incredibly welcoming folk and very speedy service.

Made a service appointment and was taken in right on time, they started the service immediately and got me out quickly. Jennifer told me I needed new tires and recommended Michelin radials and I did my research and they were rated higher than my existing tires and the price was lower than Walmart, Sam’s and dealers. They run better than my others did. Good communication and service. Would recommend family and friends

As part of a follow up requirement on an insurance claim I recently made a request to Brandi - I had not known that I would need the tread depth of my tires (which turned out to be in the good range & only 3 years old) for the claim. Our tires had already been replaced when I was informed of this requirement and it had been approximately a week - I felt sure that those tires had already been turned in for recycle! However, I took a chance and called Shook. Even though she was very busy Brandi went to their storage area & pulled those 4 tires, took tread depth readings and pictures and sent them to me! Brandi you ROCK!! That is excellent service! I'm hooked on Shook!

I arrived on time and they were ready for me. They completed the work on my tires and the cost was actually less than the estimate. They also honor veterans with a discount. Nice and clean office with great workers. I will visit Shook Tire again in the future.
