I was checking on two tires for my son's car and they actually could get them the same day that I called and got me in that day too even though they must have had a full schedule . The 2 ladies that helped me and talked to me really were nice and did things out of their way to make the visit better. The main lady there really did a few things that she didn't have to because it was my son's car to make sure things were good on the tires and I really thank her for that. Great people and service and I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you guys very much.

My battery was dead when I went out to move my car one morning a week ago. Being new in the area I had no idea who to call or what to do. My neighbor was kind enough to put his battery charger on it to give me enough charge to get help. I chose Shook Automotive to assist me with a new battery and to evaluate my system for possible other issues. Jennifer greeted me at the front desk immediately. Even though they were very busy Jennifer took the time to take care of my situation quickly and efficiently. I took a seat in the waiting area and it seemed like minutes when Jennifer called my name. My new battery was installed and my vehicle system had been checked. My car is working just fine now!! With the friendly, accurate, immediate service I received at Shook I will be taking my vehicle there for any service I need. Jennifer is an important part of that decision as she is the front desk smile and does her job efficiently! To my surprise I got a text the next day from Shook asking if everything was working well for me!! That is excellent customer service! Thank you Jennifer and the technicians at Shook Automotive!!! The work was done in an acceptable timeframe at a reasonable cost however I’m still having excessive noise coming from the front left brake while the vehicle is cool (goes away after driving for awhile.) Currently monitoring the situation but will bring the vehicle back if it continues for the next couple of weeks.

US-129 and US-19: Run together through Blairsville and are the main highway corridor leading directly to Murphy Hwy where the shop is located.
Traffic can increase along the US-129/US-19 corridor when approaching downtown Blairsville, so allow extra time during peak hours.
Murphy Hwy: Is the primary route heading northwest from downtown Blairsville toward the North Carolina state line.
