I dropped my truck (an 92 GMC K1500) off early this morning after noticing a lack of power when pulling a trailer or climbing hills. From the moment I walked in, David and Jessica greeted me with genuine smiles and made the drop-off process completely seamless. About six hours later they called to let me know they had spent the entire morning driving and thoroughly inspecting the truck—and couldn’t find a single thing wrong. After a car accident, I needed my headlight replaced. RT Clapp was the only place that would do it. They worked me in without an appointment and did the work while I waited. The price was very fair and everyone was very professional and accommodating. I am 74 years old and a lot of businesses don't treat seniors well. But they were wonderful there and I would recommend them to any senior who is looking for. a good place to get a car worked on.

They were really good to me they put my tire on for free because the day before I had came in to get a lug nut off and they tried and couldn't get it and so today I came back and they put my tire on and balanced it for free 10/10 recommend good ol guys here

Absolutely amazing experience with RT Clapp in Knoxville. I got a screw in my tire and needed it fixed as fast as possible. I dropped it off at 5 PM at closing and it was ready by 7 AM the next morning. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even offered to send an uber to pick me up car was ready. Saul was so sweet and I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs and I definitely recommend RT Clapp to anyone having car trouble.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They were ready for me when they said they would be and did a courtesy inspection. A few things turned up on the inspection, which David took the time to go over them with me. He found a coupon for the oil change and saved me $20. I came to Rt Clapp on magnolia referred to by another person and from The very start these amazing people took in all of my situation, my personal hardships and worked with me to the end.. before doing any work they checked my car and found every issue worked persistently until my car was running brand new.. called me along the entire way and helped me understand what was wrong and what they needed permission to do etc.. they also touched my heart personally when they Blessed me the way they did!
