The service here was incredible! My battery light was on, and my car was starting to rapidly give signals of low electrical power. They diagnosed the issue and had me in and out with a new alternator in less than 45 minutes at the end of the day. If I am in Temple and need work done on my car, I will bring it here.

I walked in, and immediately appreciated the chill atmosphere. People weren't rushing around fighting the clock, it was instead a shop that moved purposefully, and methodically.

The people were honest, upfront with an accurate time estimate, and even knew the coupon codes by heart! You don't do that overnight; that kind of dedication takes time, passion, and understanding.

Good atmosphere, technicians were nice and store manager was great. 5/5 would break down here again.

First off the guy named Ethan is the friendliest person ever. He’s knows his stuff and doesn’t bs you. I’m not sure the other guys name but he was there when I brought my gto in he’s awesome and super friendly. Well everyone I’ve encountered there is super friendly and nice and they care. I know what it’s like working in this heat and these dudes still got a smile on their face. They know their stuff and seem to enjoy their job and that says something in its self.I’m a Karen when it comes to my vehicles and who touches them and I trust these guys here to do work on my car and truck. Today was a day. I woke up to a dead battery and of course it is freezing. I ran to Auto Zone who told me I needed a new battery. I allowed them to change out my battery after they told me it was definitely the battery that was bad. After the battery was replaced, the navigation display kept cutting in and out. I thought maybe it needs an update. I couldn’t get the screen to stay on long enough to check for an update. I happen to be driving by Quick Wrench. I thought I’d just check with them and see if they had heard of it before. Most men at shops treat me like a fragile girl and give me the easy answer of go to the dealer. But these two gentlemen went far above and beyond to assist me. They started googling to find this was a common issue with Toyota after a battery change. They didn’t stop there. They found a quick fix and gave me the directions to reset the navigation system. And provided me with some next steps in case that didn’t fix the issue. These two guys could have sent me to the dealership and I no doubt would have come out of there broke. The reset worked and my navigation system is working flawlessly. From now on, I will bring any issues I can’t fix my self to these guys. They truly are amazing and I appreciate how down to earth and helpful they are.

Quick wrench is the best automotive shop I know. They care about the customer and give great service.

Our van broke down just before we were going to travel long distance for essential medical services to lay the foundation for an organ transplant for my significant other.

There was time for Quick Wrench to do the repairs and we’d still make our appointments but we’d be home bound and not able to do much else in preparation which is more stress than we needed. They moved our repair to priority, found the parts locally and finished the work same day as estimate was approved. Additionally, final cost was under estimate.

Second time I’ve been there and most definitely will go again.

I have used Quik Wrench services for routine maintenance on two vehicles and was very pleased. Another plus is that it’s very near my house and so convenient. They drove me home and picked me up when vehicle was ready.
