Honest and friendly folks here! I had multiple issues repaired here recently. Multiple oil leaks, alternator, motor mounts and CV axels. They gave me a detailed report of what was needed and included photos. Their pricing was lower than what I was quoted elsewhere in town. After all the car repairs I had a concern with my truck. I was expecting a ball joint or tie rod problem. Turns out it was the bump stop touching during hard turns. They could have easily told me I needed an expensive suspension repair and I wouldn't have known any better. Thankful for their honesty and their patience answering my numerous questions!

I had to get two tires. I called and they were very helpful. They had to order my size and they were in the next day. They had set up the appointment and sent messages letting me know the tires were in and my appointment was set. I really appreciate the messages. I found that they now offer a variety of services and I will be making appointments for some of those services. It is located right down the road from me. They were thorough and checked and let me know about some other issues. I will definitely be making them my go to shop. The price was reasonable and affordable. I’m glad I called for tires.

I went to North Georgia Auto for sorta normal tire maintenance. Unknowingly, I had damaged the the lugs prior. NGA acquired the new lugs and installed them almost immediately. They did a great job.

I had the best experience ever here! As a girl, it can be very intimidating to go to a tire shop, but they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I had low tire pressure in the same tire for about a week after filling it up, and they were able to squeeze me in, find the leak, patch it, and send me on my way in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
