Amazing, phenomenal people ! They went above and beyond when it came to the issues with my car! I know my car should have been in the shop for days it had did extensive damage to it and they got it back to me the next day even tho they were closed! They worked with me to a full extent with amazing patient customer service. At first I didnt even know how i was gonna pay and I was never treated less then because of it. I took my Hyundai Tucson in on 8.20.24 to get my AC fixed. They repaired my AC the same day. The air is so cold and works better than before. I want to thank Josh and Curtis for their assistance with my AC issue. Great service and repair auto shop. You are my new go to for all my car repairs going forward. Take care and God Bless you and your team of hard working employees. ================================================= 12.2.2025 - Took my Hyundai Tucson in due to a dead battery, turned out it was the alternator not working. Had the alternator replaced and there was also a crack in the oil pan that had to be replaced. My car is starting fine and working great now. Whenever I have major work to be done I always take my car to Neal Brothers. I want to thank Sonny for working with me on the price for repairs and assisting me with my car. Sonny also called a Uber to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on. I also want to thank Chad, the mechanic for the great job he did fixing my car. First and foremost I want to thank God for Neal’s. Their customer service was amazing. Headed home for the holidays, I needed someone to look at my car before heading on that road. I called a hour before they closed and luckily they were able to look at my car. I was thinking it was something else and smaller but Mr.Sonny really broke it down to me. Turned out to be something way more serious and dangerous. They were quick , I was able to get right on the road the next day. They also really looked out for the price. They were fair and reasonable. They even provided an uber from and to while my car was getting serviced.I just wanna say I really am thankful for you guys and will be back in the future. I found my mechanics.

Great experience overall they have Uber at their expense to take you home if you need to leave your car there and don’t want to wait for ride to pick you up… Also they are negotiable on prices so that’s a plus also. Clean building on inside so all around great customer service didn’t take me long at all to talk to someone!!! Again they negotiated prices after completed services so they are a little bit pricey but they are one of the best auto mechanic shops I’ve been too and this is big coming from me because I do not leave reviews for businesses for fun. If you in the area and need your car worked on check them out. They also do free tire rotation with the purchase of oil change.

It is hard finding a honest and good mechanic, they have done work on both of my vechicles and cannot recommend them enough. they were polite and did amazing work, we had them. install new tires Replace tire rods Breaks Find and fix a oil leak All were priced out at a more then reasonable price and was done in a extremely timly manner i was amazed at the turn around time. They also will take picutres of any issues found and send them for your review where you can authorize a fix or not a system that I greatly apprecated since i work odd hours. Cannot recommend them enough and will be taking my car back if any issues come again.
