I had a coolant flush. Easy to talk to, friendly staff and small wait in line. The only thing is the price keeps going up from 101 on estimate to 155.60 on the counter and to the 180 for final price. But other than that there’s guys are good.

I had the best care for my car Misty, she ran like I just drove off the car lot. They help me from start to finish. I would take her there again for any repair needs

Just got my brakes done, these guys are great. Made the process easy and had a very reasonable price. We’ll certainly be back.

I’ve been using Jewell Automotive for years. While it’s not the cheapest mechanic in town I will say you get what you pay for. And when I leave there I feel confident that my issue is fixed and it always has been so far! They are very customer oriented and friendly, I can offer no higher endorsement!

I have been a long-time customer of Jewell Automotive, and the previous owner, Mike, along with his team, always took excellent care of my car. They were honest, dependable, and operated with the highest level of integrity. When I learned that Mike had retired, I was understandably hesitant to give the new owners a chance.

After praying about it and speaking with Ryan, I felt a sense of peace and confidence and I’m truly glad I did.

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and the experience was wonderful. The work was done thoroughly, the pricing was honest, and every team member I interacted with was kind and professional. The service was also completed in a timely manner, which I truly appreciate.

The heater is working fantastically.
I personally like the repairs with Jewell's automotive repair shop.

I have a 2016 Ford flex and I took it to Jewel for them to check it out they said I needed a water pump and a timing change. and they worked on it and I drove it and it it was making a slight ticking sound so I took it back and and talked to Mike and he said they would take care of the problem so when I came back to pick up my vehicle it's running 100% better. So I highly recommend Jewel automotive if you have any problem just speak Mike and he will make it right .

Sis months later My water pump stated leaking so I took my Ford flex back to jewell at this time l found out they were under new management. So I talk to
Mike he honor the warranty that was on it. I didn't have to pay anything.
They told me how it will take to fix it and it was ready on the date he said it would be ready. I recommending all my family, friends and church members to bring their vehicles to jewell automotive .

Good people.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would! Power steering system on my G37 was going out. Ryan at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the whole power steering system needing to be replaced the price of the repair was hefty. Ryan and the service manager helped me out by providing a coupon and sealing gasket for a oil leak for no extra charge since it was an easy fix while they were already doing the power steering repair saving me about $400 with the coupon and the oil leak fix. Repairs took about a day but they provided a ride home and a ride back to shop. Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs!!!

Power steering went out because of leak Jewell diagnosed cause and repaired now back on the road ….very friendly and courteous service do recommend and will be back

They did a great job helping me figure what what was wrong with my vehicle and getting me set up with time to get repairs completed at a later date.

I really enjoyed my time here. I was able to call get information easily and make a next day appointment. The price makes sense to me and seems very reasonable. The service was great I took my car in the morning and had it back in a couple hours. Definitely planning on coming back !!!!!!

I had a great experience except for one thing. I went in because of being offered the 25% discount and when I was told the cost that wasn't included. I asked about it which some wouldn't have done. I am on a limited income and discounts are very significant. For future reference
