Ed’s Automotive holds a significant place in my community and personal journey. My father, who served as a general manager, fostered wonderful relationships with customers and staff. As a teenager, I spent countless hours at the shop, assisting with daily tasks and interacting with our fantastic customers. From him, I learned firsthand the impact of excellent service, fair pricing, and honesty. Following in my father’s footsteps, I became a technician, working alongside him for many years until his passing. It’s been a decade since his departure, and I’ve taken on the role of manager. Over the years, I’ve discovered that the same qualities my father embodied in his dealings with customers continue to resonate. Serving as a manager, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with generations of Fort Liberty soldiers and Fayetteville natives. The satisfaction of providing quality service at a fair price remains my guiding principle, just as it did for my father all those years ago.
