So let me start with the amazing women up front. So professional and knowledgeable about everything going on in the shop. My truck was brought in and the diagnostic said there was nothing going on with my fuel pump. But the technician Doug deeper into the problem and found the problem. I just want to say that Dana and Casey are absolutely amazing and believe I just my new home for all my vehicles to be worked on. Thank you for what you do

I went in for an oil change which was good but they said I needed tires and a right rear shock. They gave me an estimate of $2000. So I wanted an 2nd option. I took my vehicle to another shop that did my oil changes and services for years before I quit my job which was right down the street where I worked. I did need tires but was told there was nothing wrong with my shock. That saved me over $1000. Sorry Doug I want be using your shop any more. I want to update my experience, after posting my experience, I received a call from Doug's we discussed my issue and they actually made a corrections with me. The fact that actually called me tells me they really care about their customers. With that being said, Doug has gained my respect and my business. As a matter of fact I took my vehicle back recent for an oil change and tire rotation and was very pleased.

I brought in my 2020 Chevy Malibu Lt. I thought I had a transmission problem but when the mechanics check the vehicle they notice that I had very low oil in the vehicle and suggested I do a complete flush and a oil change based off the symptoms I gave them. which didn’t take them long at all‼️ ( I do apologize for not remembering the names.) After the service was done which was inexpensive, the problem was fixed. I’m definitely glad the other auto shops refuse to service my car because Dough’s Automotive saved me so much money and actually fixed the problem. Thank you so much, HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️

I had a great experience at shop in Griffin, especially working with technician Tacey. Tacey was very honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I really appreciated the professionalism and transparency throughout my visit. The only disappointment was that the BG products I currently use were not available at this shop. Hopefully, they will consider carrying them in the future. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this shop, especially because of the excellent service I received from Tacey!

I had my car towed to Doug’s and I really thought it was going to be the Alternator…. Turns out it was the battery which was covered under warranty. so instead of having a bill of hundreds of dollars, that part was zero! I’m glad I’m dealing with honest people.
