Not a great experience. When I picked up my vehicle and asked for details about the repair, the front desk staff didn’t seem aware of the work that had been done and only said, “They got your parts on.” Because I never received a clear explanation of the issue or the extent of the repair, the price felt overpriced. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.
Update: I was contacted the day after leaving this review. Dylan apologized and offered a credit or refund to make things right. I’m very impressed with how the situation was handled. He also provided detailed information about the work that was done on my vehicle.
