I brought my Accord Touring in for a simple rotate & balance and was immediately impressed by the level of service. I was checked in quickly and my car was taken right back. I originally planned to leave the vehicle, but the gentleman at the desk mentioned it would only take about 10 minutes—so I decided to stay.

While waiting, I noticed the technician under the hood and asked if something was wrong. He explained that they always perform a complimentary multi-point inspection with every service, which I really appreciated. It was my first time visiting this location (I usually take my BMW to their Howell Mill shop), and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff was courteous, professional, and took the time to educate me about my vehicle. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Recently dropped my car off to fix a fuel leak. They were reasonably priced and very communicative. They did a full vehicle inspection and sent pictures of problems that they found themselves as well as pictures and descriptions of what they found regarding the issue I brought the car in for. Would absolutely use this shop again for future work.

I was driving 14 hours to our family vacation and my jeep broke down half way through the drive. I was stranded 7 hours away from home or my hotel. After a few phone calls, Braxton was the only place that would take us right away. Autumn was so friendly and helpful.
