I reached out to via phone to get a quote on replacing a thermostat on my vehicle. I was told that they don’t typically give out quotes over the phone. That was disappointing.
Update: Someone from the shop reached back out to me later on that day. (Tim, maybe.. I don’t remember his name) He was pleasant and actually sent me a quote for the service that I had originally called for. When I originally called I called from my work phone, but when he called me back he called my actual cell. I am sure they saw the original review to get my name because I never disclosed that when I called. He told me he looked me up in their system and got my cell number, which I have been a customer of theirs in the past for another vehicle but that’s been years ago. I was a little hesitant to do business with Binion Tire but it felt good that he actually reached back out to me and to me that says a lot about the service they strive to provide. I have always taken this particular vehicle back to the dealership for any services but I may return to Binion in the future. So I updated the stars to match the service and kindness I received.

JJ took excellent care of me when I came in, and helped my wife the day before. The whole reason I came to Binion was because of how helpful JJ was to my wife in getting her headlamp replaced.
