Spoke with Madison about my tire issue, and inquired about oil change. She guided me through the steps to provide size tire needed. She reviewed availability and was able to order at 11am and tire was delivered same day. The mechanic Sydney was very through in checking all my bells & whistles. Sydney did a whole work up of areas to pay attention to for future maintenance. I loved this. Melissa explained to me how important it is to get an oil change every 5,000 miles! This team at your Cumming location gave me a peace of mind, was easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. By a long-shot, this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop, with educated personnel who really care about you, and they are honest!! My car maintenance will be at Bagwell going forward.

It’s nice to take my car to a place that does not try to push unnecessary extra issues to be fixed. I appreciate their honesty when working on my car.

Even though they were very busy, they got our valve stem installed and tire back on our trailer very quickly. They are all so friendly and efficient. Great shop.
