They are the one of best auto repair shops in ALL of Middle Georgia!!!! I was so impressed with their customer service!! I showed up at the shop without an appointment to see if they could fit me in, and within minutes they were already troubleshooting what they thought it could be. I went to work on time and they had my car ready within hours. All of the staff we came in contact with were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Today was a good day at Automax. I was having the front end check,, which was resolved by the mechanic, Charlie. He also told me that my radiator was leaking. Had he not found that, my engine would have overheated or had to be replace. I had surgery on my left ankle. They offered to help my wife, but she had it under control in getting me back in my car. This is why I keep returning for any repairs to my vehicles. Awesome service and real kind service. Thank you again Ashley and Charlie.
