Having my transmission checked on my F-150.. Fluid was good but might need another transmission. Its under warranty. Charlie is a damn good mechanic. This is why I keep returning for any repairs to my vehicles. Awesome service . Thank you again Ashley and Charlie. He changed the oil in my son's Yukon. He informed me of issues with the Yukon. AutoMax is a God send. I was driving my 2013 Honda Odyssey from St. Simons Island to Milton, GA. About 20 miles outside of Dublin - in the middle of nowhere - my engine light started flashing and the car started running really rough. I was about in a panic. I pulled over, opened the hood and saw the engine misfiring. My wife found AutoMax.I was able to schedule so easily online. I made my way there early, and the TOOK ME EARLY! I was so happy. Great experience every time. Nobody fixes on my vehicles except them other than oil changes. Ashley is amazing and so friendly and understanding. Prices are not what I like but you get what you pay for and they do amazing work. So if I have to pay a few extra dollars to be satisfied and not have to return my vehicle in a day, I’m glad.

They are the one of best auto repair shops in ALL of Middle Georgia!!!! I was so impressed with their customer service!! I showed up at the shop without an appointment to see if they could fit me in, and within minutes they were already troubleshooting what they thought it could be. I went to work on time and they had my car ready within hours. All of the staff we came in contact with were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable.

They got me back on the road in a timely manner. They kept me informed. Didn't do anything not approved. Affordable. From the transmission flush and spark plugs in one to the drive shaft and u joint in the other. Other things were fixed to but well rounded on what they can do. I applaud them.
