This place is AMAZING! I was on a cross country trip from Gainesville, Florida to Houston, Texas and my car died! I coasted into this parking lot. Ms. Angela took great care of me. Unfortunately, my engine was fried and car was totaled. She was so kind and explained what happened to me. She helped me find a hotel and figure out what to do. Ended up having to stay the night in a hotel and deal with my vehicle the next day. They accommodated the tow truck for my old car and even explained how to check the oil on my new car. I am so grateful for the professionalism of the staff.
I never thought I would say this as a Gator, but I wish I lived in Tallahassee because this would be the only place I would bring my vehicles!! It truly difficult to find a reputable place that treats you right. This shop is a real gem. 10/10, would highly recommend for vehicle repairs and service.
