Ive used these guys a handful of times since moving to hickory and they always tell me "we may not get to it immediately" and end up having my car ready to go same day or next day. i dont expect or ask for that speed of service but they always get it done.

Pierson Never lets me down. He was recently working at another shop earlier in the year when I met him on an urgent ac matter. I told him I’d be back to purchase tires. When I went back I was told he got promoted to another store. I tracked him down and found him at auto fitness! Im glad I found him! He remembered me and I told him what I was looking for and in what price range and within minutes he got back to me with EXACTLY what I was looking for (tires) as I was going to be traveling up north for the holidays!
