In recent months, my car gave me quite a bit of trouble running hot. Auburn Tire & Auto was there every step of the way. First, they replaced my engine, which had a blown head gasket. The second time my car ran hot, they replaced a leaking hose in my coolant system. The third time was more chronic overheating, and my AC and heat both stopped working. My car had a faulty thermostat, so they replaced it. The customer service is exceptional, and every time my car had issues, the service techs were able to find a solution. To say that I am a satisfied customer would be an understatement.

I called and made an appointment with Auburn Tire Services about having a tire replaced on one of our small buses. I thought it would take some time before they could do it, but to my surprise, they said, “when do you want to bring it in?” I said, “I can bring it now!”. They took the vehicle in and called me later and said, all your tires needs replacing and they quoted me a price and asked me was I okay with it, and do I want them to proceed. I said yes! And in no time they did the services and the bus was ready for pick up the very next day. Auburn Tire is the place to go for all tires needs and you will receive professional assistance and services.
