I just want to give the shout out Dave and James and the rest of the mechanic crew at Alpha automotive for repairing my 09 Toyota Avalon the reason I took my car to them.I was having a problem with my check engine light, the VSC light also something with the traction, the car was burning up the brand new set of brakes that I had put all the way around a week before, trying to slow down traffic when I didn’t have my feet on the brakes it was doing all kind of weird stuff and I didn’t know or have any idea who I was gonna to bring it to or trust to fix it. Period. I prayed about it. so I watch YouTube videos the same night I prayed I decided to take the car and have an all wheel alignment To see if that would correct the problem while I was talking to the guy that was working on my car and he told me take your car to Alpha and they can fix it. Well, he was right and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time First of all, I would like to say that they were extremely kind, professional and concern I just wanted to say in these days and times having someone that you can trust with your vehicle, which is something that you have to use every day is like having a gem For me Alpha is that gem And I trust them so if you need a place That you can feel confident that your car will be repaired correctly take it to them I believe he told me that the work that they do carries a 24 month 24,000 miles How about that customer service?

Alpha recently completed alignment on my prized 25 year old 4runner and it is better than it has ever been. The numbers are near perfection. I also got new tires for a great price and had them replace a seal on the transfer case. I won’t take this truck anywhere else for service after finding Alpha. I brought my car there because of a wheel bearing noise. I paid for a thorough inspection of the vehicle that went toward the cost of replacing the passenger wheel bearing. They warrantied their work and gave me a quote for other things that need fixing. I'm pleased with the service I received. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. 5+ stars!

My experience here was great! I went in to get my brakes and rotors replaced, because I have an Audi I am cautious with who works on my vehicle. Needles to say they did great. A thorough inspection was done which alerted me of some things that needed to be replaced, which I gladly did. My car was ready within a few hours! Everything was done with great attention to detail. James was who I spoke to mainly and he was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. Highly recommend them for any auto needs! I will be returning!

I cant say enough positive things about James and the crew here! Traveling from FL to Kentucky we experienced what we thought was a failing wheel hub and called from I75. They got us in immediately and diagnosed a bent tie rod. This was 930 and they had us back on the road by 230 and we made our destination before midnight! Thank you so much for the professionalism and courtesy to me and my family! My two young girls even said how being "stranded" was an awesome memory! Not to mention the pricing was absolutely fair and they could have raked us over the coals! If it wasnt 5hrs away I would take all my vehicles there anytime. Thanks again guys!

I took my VW Tiguan to Alpha Automotive in McDonough with concerns about my alternator, and James was awesome! Turns out I just needed a new battery. During the diagnostic, they also found that my brake fluid needed to be flushed — even though I had it done just 4 months ago at another shop — which really showed how thorough they were.
