This was my first time using Western Auto, and I will be back! All the gentalmen I engaged with were kind and Austin answered all my MANY questions. I dropped my car off and was told a part needed to be ordered and they would still have it done in a couple of days. Well they kept rhier word inspite of it being the Holiday weekend and bad weather. I picked my car up running like a well oiled machine and they did not charge me an arm and leg. They were truly a God sent and this will be my new home for maintenance and repairs!!! Awesome, I will be back. Austin was so very nice, professional, very respectful, very helpful, he went over and beyond to help me and made sure I understood everything that will be done and how and after the work was done he showed me everything that was done and working properly. I find that the staff were more like teammates and the guys then I do just a business...
When they couldn't find the issue , they allowed a staff member to ride along with me so I could point out the issue and I found that extremely helpful. And with that, they noticed the issue and immediately tried to fix it... based off the humor, friendliness and service... ill be back...
