I own an older raptor truck, that decided to not start...I got gas that day, parked it for a few hours got back in and would not fire only spin...I naturally thought bad gas or fuel pump...had it towed to them, they looked it over, and with their experience and knowing my Raptor...they diagnosed it correctly (fuel relay switch) and got me back on the quickly

Oil change and general servicing. Free extra time to add air to the spare tire, which has to be from removed & replaced into kzip-up wheel cover. Photos of car parts (brakes, filters, etc) showing whether or not they needed attention. Considerate assistance in arranging my appointment to suit my tight timing. This place is such a breath of fresh air. Customer service this good is hard to come by these days. I recently got a car that I bought used and I am slowly making my way down the list of repairs and routine maintenance. When I relayed this information to Mr. Robert he had one of the techs, Mr. Hunter, complete a general inspection. After compiling a list of service recommendations and their quotes, Robert gave me advice on getting them fixed from most to least important. He didn’t try to force me into getting everything fixed with them asap, and he remained honest throughout the entire exchange. One of the services I got done that day was even waived of the fee because of how simple the fix was. That same service was quoted to me by Newton Nissan to be $115 plus labor and parts. I also appreciate that Robert took the time to explain to me the steps that Mr. Hunter took to change my brake fluid, why it was priced that way, and how often I should get the service done. I’ve been raving about this place ever since. They say a first impression is a lasting impression and color me impressed! I truly trust them with all my car needs and I will most certainly be back.

Had a water pump done here, and had them look at my rack after a dealer said it needed to be replaced. The shop could have easily proceeded with the work and made a quick buck, but they were honest and said they wouldn’t worry about it and didn’t see an issue with it. The shop was extremely friendly, went out of their way, and was easy to work with. I will now recommend this shop to all my friends and family in Hendersonville.
