I had an unexpected incident occur late on a Saturday afternoon. I popped a tire which would not be patched and my car is a newer model thst does not come with a spare. After calling roadside assistance, I had my car towed to Select Tire & Automotive in Conover, NC. I contacted them on Monday morning 2 minutes after they opened. I was impressed that thry had already assessed my vehicle and advised me of what was needed. They had to order a tire to match my other tires which were relatively new. The new tire was delivered after 3:30 that afternoon and my car was ready for pick up before 5 p.m. and that included alignment. To me, that is outstanding customer service! I am very grateful to them.
