100% would recommend—don't hesitate. I was visiting from Florida when my truck broke down on New Year's Eve. After calling 5-6 shops that couldn't see me for 2-3 days, Mountain View was the only one willing to help despite their full schedule. They squeezed me in between appointments and quickly determined the problem. Chris, the service advisor, was awesome—he kept me updated throughout and even gave me a ride to get my rental car. They got the parts as quick as possible considering it was New Year's and completed repairs when they said. I made the 9-hour drive home without issues, and they followed up a day later to ensure I arrived safely.

Very honest and pleasant to work with. Last year I went to them bc my dealership said I needed new tires. Mountain tire told me I could get another year on them. Which I did.

They were fast, thorough, more than fair, and honest. I will be giving them all my business from now on! They not only took the time to be caring and explain the problem, but had a full report with pictures and videos printed and emailed so that I can try to seek resolution at another company that was not so honest.
I am a single mom and I always feel vulnerable with car repairs. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for the care I received here. The owner was present and very attentive, as well. 5 stars, all around!

Efficient! Everyone at Mountain Tire was professional. My inspection went smoothly and quickly. The waiting area is quite pleasant. The nex time I need an oil change, that is where I'm going.

I went there for a routine auto inspection. They were kind and moved as quick as they could knowing I had also brought my baby with me. Initially my vehicle failed inspection. A technician there explained to me why kindly and let me know my options to have the vehicle pass. They let me know an affordable option and repaired the vehicle so it could pass. We even joked and chatted after the service. Will definitely be back for any future auto repair needs and will recommend them to anyone else looking for a welcoming place to service their vehicle.

Called to make an appointment for a slow leak in my right back tire. I was promptly given a time that perfectly fit my schedule. A 2” nail was removed from the tire and a patch applied. Great friendly staff and crew. I’ve used this dealer for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Chris and other staff were great for recent Service work for my wife and my car.
The new company and new management were far superior to the previous owners and Management my opinion. Everyone seemed happy to be at work and that helps! We will use them again.

2 tires had metal object leaks. I don’t know if they plugged them or patched them from the inside. If the plugged them the price was reasonable. But it took a long time to get to the five minute job. If they patched them it was reasonable time but incredible bargain. The staff is great.

Great service crew! Friendly, knowledgeable and strive to please customers! Overall, my experience with Mountain View Tire & Auto was exceptional! I’m taking all my vehicle repair to them from now on! Kudos to Martin and Chris!
