Main Street Auto was there when I needed help. I was passing through Franklin Georgia late in the afternoon when the serpentine belt broke on my 2014 Honda Civic. I walked about a mile to the Main Street Auto location and met Thurston who connected me to Travis with T-bird’s Towing service. Travis was out of town but thankfully agreed to tow my car to Main Street Auto as soon as possible. Thurston got right on the job the following day. He texted me the results of the evaluation providing details and cost estimate for the needed repairs. With my approval he finished the job that day. I picked up the car that afternoon and it’s been running great since then. I highly recommend Main Street Auto and T-Bird’s Towing. They do great work for a fair price.

The brakes on an old pickup I have started getting mushy. I thought the master cylinder was going bad, but they found a leaking wheel cylinder. At a time when they could have easily also replaced the master cylinder and increased the cost of the repair, they didn't. Good repair shops can be hard to find. I trusted McCormick's and now Main Street Auto.

I called for an oil change and they came and got it the next day and dropped it back off while I was at work. Everything was perfect and they were extremely great when it came to customer service.
