I've been taking my 2020 Mazda CX5 to Fleet Doc for maintenance and repairs since I bought it in 2020. I always have a good experience. The staff are friendly, honest, competent, and professional. It costs money to keep a car in excellent condition but it is money I don't mind spending at Fleet Doc.

I thought my car was having a issue with being hotter then normal Yet, after they checked out my car they found no issues!!! They got me in right away without an appointment and being a women in today's world, I'm used to being told that major repair work is nessasary from other repair shops. But not here!! They are honest and caring and Devon is amazing... he's caring, with Great customer service. I was in town with my family for Breyerfest. We drove from Wa state. We had a potential electrical/AC issue on our Chevy Trax. I made an appointment with a Chevrolet deal for when we got to Lexington. It was bot honored and the would not diagnose the car. We then called around to multiple dealers for any help. The car was still under factory warrenty. I ended up calling Fleet Doc and spoke to Brian. He went a over and beyond to make a call himself and get me help. As it turns out we did not need the help, but we are thankfully for Brian to go out of his way to help a stranger in need. A genuine amazing person. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks Brian!
