As always, my last two visits have been awesome! Stress free!!! I received my vehicle back in a timely manner, the customer service was awesome, the communication was also! I can't speak highly enough about keeping a person like me informed of the status of my vehicle. Jennifer was my Service Advisor, and Shawn was the Technician that worked on my vehicle during the holiday season. Shawn worked hard to make sure I was able to receive my vehicle before New Years! I got the unexpected call from the Manager Curt letting me know I could pick up my vehicle!! This time around my Service Advisor was Rachael and my technician was Corona. Very reputable automotive service. Only went there after someone recommended them over all others in the area. Had to remove and reinstall a motor so it was no small task. Ran all the diagnostics, and ended up needing the turbo replaced on my 2008 F250. they warranty both parts and labor, and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional. Great service. Great results. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amazing experience here at DK Hardee. Very loving and comfortable environment. After asking around for a reputable shop that could service my European car here locally I was directed to DK Hardee, and the experience was nothing less of phenomenal. I was serviced by Racheal she is amazing very considerate, patient, and great spirited. I love the chats and conversations with the rest of the team as well. I was greeted by the owner by first day in the waiting room, saw me waiting and we had a nice chat.
