This is the best customer service I’ve had I a very long time!! Best customer service by far for getting my car worked on. Cam was super kind and helpful with all my questions and very responsive in keeping me updated on everything. I love that I got to see pictures of what was wrong with my car and Cam did a great job explaining everything. The technician was super nice when I went to pick up my car. Recently went to Dixie Tire & Diesel to get an oil change on my Nissan. My boyfriend got an oil change there recently and had a really good experience. He suggested I give them a try as well. I've unfortunately had issues with other local businesses and I've been searching for a good & reliable local business to do this service for me that I can trust! First of all, the place is super clean when you walk in. They even have a little sitting area and coffee bar for you to get yourself a coffee while waiting. Staff is super friendly and inviting. I truly felt like they appreciated my business! Not to mention, its only a few miles down the road from where I live! There is so much I could say about this place! So happy with the service i received and will be a returning customer!

Patched the hole in my tire with very friendly service. Replaced 2 bald tires and breaks no issues and did a great job! Appreciate the customer service and great prices here for my car I usually spend $400 for one tire they were able to get me 2 new ones on for just over $200
