I recently took my truck into City Auto to get my oil changed & they were very professional & considerate. I waited there while my truck was being serviced & they were done in less than an hr with it. They also put air in my one tire that has a nail in it which I appreciated. I will be taking my truck there from here on out for my oil changes! Thanks again!

Clinton and Rosalinda really did great job for me. I decided to call City Automotive and Tire to get a quote on possibly fixing a steering column problem that created a terrible rattle in my 2015 Lexus ct200h. I knew what the problem was but it was much too complicated and hard to for me to do the job. Clinton went ahead and rediagnosed the problem and 3 hours later my car drives as good as new. I couldn't happier. I'm sure they saved me a lot of money over what Lexus would have charged. I will be back if needed. If you live in the Taylor area you should check them out.

Absolutely amazing store, very helpful staff!

I had some issues with my vehicle and while in Taylor I fell upon this shop,how convenient! The store manager Michael Weir was super helpful with explaining in detail what was the issue and how to fix it. I let him I was out of town and he insured me it would be fix within 2 hours. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you reside in Taylor or passing through! You will not be disappointed

Swung in last wee needing a oil change without an appointment because I waited till the last minute, and they were able to get me in and out and let me know a few things needed to be fixed but said it could wait till I got back and was not super pressing at the moment , Michael was amazing to work with.

I was traveling through Taylor, TX when I noticed an awful sound coming from the front passenger side of my car. The wheel liner was in shreds. The fellow at the desk, Marcus( on his 6th day working there) was able to fit my car into their busy schedule and they cleaned up the mess enough that I could get back home and my engine was still protected from road debris. I appreciate the honesty and dignity with which I was treated.
