The gentleman who runs this establishment is really square dealing. I like that they utilize technology that allows them to send you a vehicle inspection report via text in real time with photos as the mechanic completes it. There is no high pressure upselling from a service writer; they simply make you aware of maintenance issues that may present themselves in the future. I would definitely take my vehicles here again.

Did great work and faster turn around on repair, no thrilled about the upfront diagnostic charge. Overall would do business again.

Very quick, quality service. Thought they would have my Jeep for a few days but it was ready early afternoon of the same day as my appointment. Replace O2 sensors, plugs and coils, and and valve cover leak. (this time around....)

I first came to Auto Pro on Home Avenue in Maryville Tennessee a year and a half ago cold off the street. I have a Toyota Tundra truck 2004 high mileage. Cameron took very good care of me giving me every discount and explaining things about my truck the employees are respectful and kind and go out of their way to make things as painless as possible. They truly care about their customers. I bought a brand new set of tires from them they researched and found the best match for my truck but didn't bake break the bank. Their knowledge and experience is unmatched anywhere in this town in my opinion. I'm back after a year and a half getting some things done and I've had the same great service. Check engine light came on. Went there to get it fixed. A week later after they said it's fixed. And nearly 3k dollars the check engine light is back on...
Update. They took the car back in found the issue and fixed it without charging me anything extra.
While the cost was a little high. The service was better then I have had at other places I have tried. Would recommend.

Amazing service! They squeezed me in on a Friday so I didn’t have to leave my van on weekend.
Also they are very trustworthy which is a rare quality nowadays.

The guys at AutoPro were great! They were thorough in the investigation and I really appreciated the patient explanation of the issue. Communication was top notch all the way, truck is back to running great.

First time visit for oil change. Upon inspection I needed belts and transmission fluid changed. My vehicle is 13 years old and needed this attended too. Glad they found these issues and scheduled my vehicle the next day. Dropped off the following day and repairs done in a timely manner and costs came in under original quote. Also provided Uber shuttle to and from home so I didn't have to wait. Very pleased and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great workmanship and they don’t upsell services that are not needed. Only shop I use. They seem to be honest and fair.

We took one of our Jeeps in because the check engine light came on during a road trip. The code indicated something going on with cylinder 6.

We dropped the Jeep off at 11am and received the diagnostic call at noon. We needed new spark plugs and a cylinder ignition coil.

Everything was finished, and we picked the Jeep up at 5pm. Fast service, friendly people, and reasonable prices.. perfect!

Professional staff, knowledgeable and courteous. They are fast and effective and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend! Needed a diagnostic and got results!

A lot of good people at this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my truck off the other day to have brakes put on. The job was gonna take most of the day, and I really didn’t want to sit there all day, but I wasn’t able to secure a ride to take me home. That was no problem for Auto Pro, they hooked me up with a ride through uber and they got there within minutes and I was on my way home.
Auto Pro called me later that afternoon, i don’t remember the exact time, but they asked if I was able to get a ride back to pick up my truck and when I told them no, they called an uber for me again but this time i messed up the uber ride and uber sent me a text saying the ride had been cancelled, so I called Auto Pro back and told them what happened and you know, they sent one of their own employees to pick me up. So they definitely get a five star review from me.

Great experience and result! Got my Vehicle in and out for service quickly, treated me well and did a terrific job on my alignment. Gave me a detailed analysis of my vehicle’s “health”, even beyond my reported issue, and topped me off to boot! Best mechanical experience I’ve had in Maryville in years!!

Friendly, direct, quick. All around easy to set the appointment, got a reminder, they took my vehicle right back, and finished on time to get me to my next gig. No high pressure sales. Provided a thorough report.
