My first experience at Auto Xperts Monroe Street was a great one. The service and customer service was top notch. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the service to my car. As a result, Auto XPerts is now my go to for my vehicle maintenance and repair.

Alternator went out about 1.5 Mike's from Auto Experts. I was from out of town but new my daughter used them and lived their service. I got messages about voltage failure and not needed systems were being shut down. Made to Auto Experts. They were very professional, explained They couldn't look at it today but probably the next day. They investigated and found the Altenator bad. Was unable to fix it because new part was bad. Got new part and fixed the problem the next business day. Am very satisfied witheir work.

They did the job they were asked to do and also more than what was asked without being told. To me that's the value of a trustworthy shop. If something is wrong, they fix it. I'll be happy to recommend this shop.

After deciding to get all 4 brakes done it was completed quickly and work well.

This is the only shop I’ll take my vehicles to! These guys are the only shop with integrity in Tallahassee. After an awful experience at the shop across the street, Precision Tune Auto Care, I took my car here instead and was so impressed with how easy their process for getting quotes and approving them, their communication, and speed were all incredible. Everyone from the front desk guys (shoutout Jason) to the mechanics were incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I’d pay extra just because of the customer service!

I discovered a nail in my tire while I was at work. I called Auto Xperts on 10 December around 1500 and made an appointment for 1700 to get a plug-patch. I was running behind schedule at work and called Auto Xperts back to let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late. l forget the guy’s name who I spoke with, but he was understanding and had no problem working with me. When I arrived, they fixed me up fairly quickly. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t had an issue with the tire. ‘Preciate ya Auto Xperts.

Very friendly and warm customer service! The interior is clean and comfy, and quite nice to wait in. They were quick with my oil change and they were conscious of my wants as a customer. I'll be back for sure! ✨👍

And they will let you know the cost before they do the repairs!!
